At Omaha Street School, we believe every young person deserves tabula rasa – a fresh start and a genuine shot at a future they may have stopped believing in. When local businesses choose to partner with OSS, they invest in the next generation of Omaha – and  often discover the experience transforms their own teams in ways they didn't expect.

Who We Serve

OSS is a faith-based, nonprofit alternative high school serving students who haven't found success in traditional settings. Through small classes, vocational and entrepreneurial opportunities, and a community wrapped in faith, we help students discover their own potential, and build toward a future they can be proud of.

Six Ways Your Company Can Partner With OSS

1. Host or Sponsor a Fundraising Event
Bring your team together around a shared purpose. Companies like Thrasher Foundation Systems have organized employee-led events that raise funds while introducing OSS's mission to an entirely new audience.

2. Become a Vocational Partner
Help us train tomorrow's workforce! Partner with us to host and/or expand our off-site vocational offerings, which currently include construction, culinary arts, welding, and CNA training.

3. Entrepreneurial Exploration
As guest speakers or mentors, your team's real-world experience is exactly what our entrepreneurship students need to dream bigger.

4. Share Your Expertise in the Classroom
Have a hobby, skill, or talent? Lead a 1-hour, 2-part Friday afternoon Enrichment class. Or come alongside our teachers in the classroom. Core Bank teaches real-world Personal Finance to our students. 

5. Donate Supplies or In-Kind Support
From construction materials for vocational classes to everyday essentials, practical in-kind gifts make an immediate difference for students who already face enough uncertainty in their lives.

6. Inspire Your Team
Invite an OSS representative to come and share our incredible stories of student transformation with your group.
